Disney has filed a number of permits for the refurbishment of guest rooms at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
Most of the permits have expiration dates around mid 2021, with the latest being August 8. (Thanks to @danlb_2000 on the WDWMAGIC Forums for the permit details)
The work is being carried out by long-time Disney contractor Friedrich Watkins Company based in Orlando. Changes to the rooms will include a move to a Pacific Ocean-inspired color palette as well as details, patterns and textures from Disney’s “Moana.”
Here are the permits that relate to each building along with their expiration dates:
