The Pearl Factory is returning to Disney Springs after what was expected to be a permanent closure back in June as a result of COVID-19.
No word yet on a reopening date, but it will be located in the Marketplace across from TREN-D. The kiosk allowed guests to choose an oyster and have a pearl made into a unique piece of jewelry.
Disney Springs closed along with the rest of Walt Disney World in mid-march 2020 as part of measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. The majority of locations at Disney Springs have reopened, although operating hours are reduced and social distancing measures are in effect.
