The 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck makes a return to Disney Springs today.
The food truck sees a change of location for its return from the COVID-19 shutdown, moving from the Marketplace to the Food Truck park on the West Side.
Along with the original Taco Cone, new additions on the menu include Birria Tacos and Roasted Sweet Potato Mulita.
