A disturbance near Central America organized on Sunday, Oct, 30, becoming Post Tropical Cyclone 15.
PPTC 15 is weak, but will still bring unsettled weather in Central America. We expect it to strengthen into a tropical storm on Monday as it moves west.
The storm could bring heavy rain to Jamaica and the Cayman Islands over the next few days.
