The Italy pavilion looks to be making an early start for the 2021 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival with a new display.
The flowers are in the center of the plaza, taking up all of the space on the raised area.
The pavilion’s Flower and Garden Festival container gardens are usually placed out on the Word Showcase promenade, so it remains to be seen if this is in addition to those or a replacement.
